Pricing, ordering and payment
We hate unexpected extra charges. So we make every effort on our site to keep you informed of exactly how much things are.
All prices on the site include VAT at 17.5% for Adult and Youth sizes, and 0% for Child sizes.
Delivery is charged for separately . It's £8.00 for mainland UK, with other destinations quoted for on request.
You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Switch, and also by cheque or by direct transfer from your Bank ('BACS').
Product Photos
We hate inaccurate photos. Photographs on the website will be as accurate as possible, but don't forget that computer monitors will vary in the colours they display. If you really need to know exactly the shade of a colour, please contact us and ask for the Pantone dye numbers, or just some swatches of fabric.
Your Privacy
We hate email spam. We have to collect some information about you to enable you to use the site, place orders and so on. We will use this information only for the purposes of processing your order and, where you have given permission, marketing our products to you. There's more about this in our 'Safe and Secure' statement.
Full terms and conditions
We hate long, wordy terms and conditions. However, we have to have them, just to make sure that we have covered everything.
